Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following products from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Boxer Briefs
- Boxer Shorts
- Briefs
Note: This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange availability confirmation (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, package your items securely and include:
- The original packing slip or order confirmation
- A copy of your return authorization email

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery):
- For returns: We’ll process your refund
- For exchanges: We’ll ship your new items
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we process your return. Note that:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- International customers: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new items once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item from our premium collections (including AE77 Premium Tops, Activewear, or Jeans), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
